
PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 28, 2011 – Artist, writer and actress, Kobina Wright, expands her web presence with the availability of her art work through the website ImageKind.com. Six of Wright’s black ink sketches can be viewed on the art website, including two of her most recent sketches titled, “Plaid Mushroom Resting Gourd” and “Three Four 5.”
Kobina Wright’s virtual art galleries have long been available on her personal website DramaticPause.net, and on the art website and virtual art gallery, FineArtAmerica.com (http://fineartamerica.com/art/all/kobina+wright/all). Several years prior, Wright made work available on a site that is a branch of Art.com, on the site Artistrising.com (http://www.artistrising.com/shop/search/N/0/Ntk/all/Ntt/ ...).
Of the work that is available on ImageKind.com, only four of her works displayed are available for sell, as of July 28th, 2011. Wright has indicated that more work will be made available in the near future.
Wright recently concluded a series of digitally enhanced sketches titled “Fractured.” The “Fractured” series is comprised of various fractured circles partnered with ink on paper sketches that range from minimalistic to labyrinthine.
Wright, a California native, is the creator of the Hodaoa-Anibo language. She is also the co-creator of nuler style poetry and the author of several books, including 50; A Crime and a Simplification of Something Sublime; Growth Spurt and Say it! Say Gen-o-cide!!”
